Enjoying the Gulf Breezes.
Pelican Rest, Biloxi, MS 2010
As the sun sets on another day in the Gulf Coast city of Biloxi, Mississippi, local sea birds return to perch for the night on a dock that was ravaged years before by Hurricane Katrina, yet still remains in disrepair. Although this image portrays a tranquil scene, the surrounding area is a gambling/entertainment Mecca, akin to (a much smaller) Las Vegas.

Gorgeous picture, I love it.
Thank you very much.
I really like this one also. You seem to do quite a bit of traveling to some spectacular destinations. I’m romanticizing your life right now!
I like this one also. When I came across the scene, as often happens, I knew I had the potential for a great image. I quickly retrieved my tripod due to the low light and flying birds. As for the life, it is not all romantic, but those moments involving the actual journey to, and capture of my images, romantic definitely describes it. Historically, that is when I am most at peace. I hope it shows in my work. Thank you.
